It’s transforming the natural state of all things, from the dirt under our feet to our own flesh. This madness is inevitable and imposed by a group of leaders. The spiral is so strong that nobody has another choice than joining in, trying to get away from the system automatically means living at the margins of society. Money ruins the world.
FR – L’argent et la productivité sont au centre de nos vies, jusqu’à l’usure de nos corps, de nos âmes, de nos valeurs et de la planète. Jusqu’à modifier l’état naturel des choses, tant dans la terre que dans la chair. Nous sommes embarqués dans une folie devenue collective imposée par un troupeau de leaders. La spirale est si forte que le peuple s’y engouffre, tout va si vite qu’il paraît difficile d’en sortir. Sortir c’est immédiatement être en marge. Money ruins the world.

Solo project of drummer Alain Deval. Bothlane is a blend between drums and modular synth, getting its roots in trans and dance music. Bothlane is inspired by techno and trap rythms, and by musical textures, creating a music mixing bass music and techno.
No boundaries, just a unique and vivid way to approach music and sound. Bothlane is deeply influenced by the work of James Holden, Nathan Fake, TNGHT…
First EP « Nog » was released in 2021 on Luik Music, Bothlane has played in Belgian festivals like Dour Festival, Supervue, Microfestival, and foreign festival and venues (BISE, Rockomotives, Confort Moderne,…).
Second EP “Money ruins the world” was released on the 14th of April 2023 on Luik Music.
(FR) Bothlane est un projet de batterie et de synthé-modulaire inspiré la trance et la danse. Il puise son inspiration tant dans la techno que dans les rythmiques trap et dans les textures sonores, créant un son entre la techno et la bass music. Le projet ne se met pas de limites et aborde le son d’une façon unique. Bothlane est influencé par le travail de Nathan Fake, James Holden ou encore TNGHT.
Le premier EP “Nog” est sorti en 2021 sur Luik Music et a emmené le projet au Dour Festival, au Supervue et Microfestival, également à l’étranger (BISE, Rockomotives, Confort Moderne…). Le deuxième EP “Money ruins the world” est sorti le 14 avril 2023 sur Luik Music.
